- 3/4 lb Rummo Spaghetti Grossi N° 5
- 3 slices smoked bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Drizzle olive oil in a pan. Add the bacon and brown. Aside, beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the Parmesan, salt and pepper and combine. Bring water to a boil in an ample pot and add salt. Cook the Spaghetti Grossi for 11 minutes. Drain the pasta and toss with the olive oil and bacon. Remove from the heat and quickly toss in the egg mixture while still hot. Buon appetito.
