Rolls with Ajvar green
You will need:
- 100 g “Granny’s Secret” Ajvar Green
- 250 g puff pastry
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation:
- Take a large sheet of puffed pastry and cut it into squares.
- Fill the squares with “Granny’s Secret” Ajvar Green and feta cheese and roll them up. Place them into a baking pan and cover with egg yolk.
- Place into a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 min.
