Risotto with ajvar

You will need:

  • 3 tbs “Granny’s Secret” ajvar
  • 200 g rice
  • 100 g fresh champignons
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbs olive oil salt, pepper, basil

Preparation:

  1. Fry the garlic and onions.
  2. Add champignons, red pepper and soy sauce.
  3. Cook the rice separately.
  4. Mix the mushrooms and peppers with rice. Season to taste.
