Risotto with ajvar
You will need:
- 3 tbs “Granny’s Secret” ajvar
- 200 g rice
- 100 g fresh champignons
- 1 red pepper
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tbs olive oil salt, pepper, basil

Preparation:
- Fry the garlic and onions.
- Add champignons, red pepper and soy sauce.
- Cook the rice separately.
- Mix the mushrooms and peppers with rice. Season to taste.
