    • 1/2 Small Red Sweet Pepper – Chopped into small pieces
    • 1/2 Small Chilli Pepper – Chopped
    • 3-4 Springs Cilantro – Chopped into small pieces
    • 150 gr White Rice
    • 300-350 ml Chicken Broth or Water
    • 200 gr Red or Black Beans – cooked or canned

For serving:
1 jar (290 g) Mama’s Ajvar Hot, 2 eggs fried, 1 Tortilla wraps cut into pieces
