After seven years of testing and dozens of different micro and macro experiments, a completely new vinification technology was developed in the early 1990s, and in 1993, the Vranac unusual name – “Pro Corde” (“for the heart”) appeared on the market. In the production of Pro Corde, traditional maceration and vinification is carried out, but with a special technological process, which has increased the content of proanthicyanidol, natural grape ingredients in the wine, which have the power to bond free radicals and function well on human organism.
